"Horrendous" wouldn't describe my experience PHL-FRA or FRA-CLT in Envoy, so I am curious what enhancements are coming.
Envoy has no flat-beds yet except for the new A333 and A332 they're introducing. AA has flat-beds on the 77W. In my experience it's hard to find award space on the 77W. I used IB to fly transatlantic with flat-beds.
Oops, just noted the question concerns soft-product. Can't tell anything about that...
