What exactly is the best way to monitor reward availability for one of my flights? I'm trying to upgrade from WT+ to CW. Curiously the seat map is looking packed in WT+ but almost nothing is selected in CW, and I know thats not really a reliable way to guess the load but it does hint that something might come available later.

However, what really is the best way to monitor whether anything comes available? Logging into the BA website and entering the details every day is a relatively long process since it logs you out after about 2 minutes. Is there a better way?
