A third lounge too - the Maharaja Lounge (AI lounge, also a contract lounge for a few other carriers). Down at the extreme right of the departure hall, opposite to (and before) security.
There is a Maharaja lounge post security too. Near the 11-15 gates. God awful place. Atleast the staff are friendly and excellent and they pick you up before boarding.
