F in the E175 is perfectly fine and MDW over ORD is a no-brainer if you're at McCormick Place and the airfares are comparable because you're fairly far south of the Loop. CTA Orange Line runs right to the airport, though a cab to the nearest station is recommended as the train does not run directly to McCormick Place and the alternative is an awkward bus transfer.
