Norwegian (http://www.norwegian.com/us/) is almost certainly your best bet. There are flights from LAX-OSL departing May 22 and returning June 1 that are $657 roundtrip, and even cheaper options may be available. A couple cheap positioning flights should make the extra stop or two very worthwhile.
