Some of us would morph into even bigger lumps without taking some exercise, and it's quite tricky when you do a reasonable amount of travelling. My grandmother is a Gold Card holder, spent her life tipping over 60 kgs sheep, went ice skating the other day, goes to the doctor once a decade and I mean to follow her example.
I have suggested putting a gym into South Lounges to BA management, they sounded a bit interested but said there's not much space. I suggested getting rid of the "travel spa", unfortunately I don't think it will happen.
