We can be fairly sure the DUB flights won't move to T3 as there's no domestic capability there (hence Virgin Little Red moving to T2), whether BA/HAL actually know what's happening with these flights yet or not is yet to be seen. If they sort out the Ireland specific arrivals path in T5 then it'd make sense to move it there.
