Yet the clubs are still very overcrowded. If you travel Sunday evening/Monday morning and Thursday evening/Friday morning, you have had to see the crowding.

Every time there is a devaluation people say that. But I have yet to see an empty plane or club, so are people really not leaving?

I think you are exactly right. I predict Delta will do a giveback in the next few weeks even before the new prices and policies take effect.
I used to use the Sky Clubs a lot in the past. The Sky Clubs have become too crowded for me so during the last few years I've only used the clubs during weather or delay situations. I have not noticed kids running amok in the clubs as many other have seen, but then I mostly travel during business times.
I agree, something needs to be done about the crowding and choices of F & B, but I'm not so sure the new policies/prices are the answer. We shall see.
