The problem with the Phuket is that the tourists are predominantly Russians nowadays. Spoke with one GM who told me that it is 70% to 80% range.
I think that the property is having the same rate issue as GH KUL. The rates were really high at first, but then steadily came down. This hotel should be in the $100 range.
