It's 200K HH income or 50K annual spend. So you meet the criteria. TD sees no credit pull because Amex pulls your file from TransUnion, while TD pulls from Equifax. FIs report to both, but do not typically pull from both.
So a credit report from one bureau will not show the complete picture of your credit history?
