It's 200K HH income or 50K annual spend. So you meet the criteria. TD sees no credit pull because Amex pulls your file from TransUnion, while TD pulls from Equifax. FIs report to both, but do not typically pull from both.
only 50k eh? if the annual fee, i could ms my way too it for hh diamond. it'd allmost be as lucrative as the amex in the usa (ok, now i'm just kidding myself :P).
