In YYZ right now from IST to YVR. Yes, been told it's IBM from India. Kiosk and online check-in is fine and for SE, to go directly to concierge desk.
Also been told that this will take a few more days. It's 930 PM here YYZ time so it's been going on awhile now.
Now my question is.....How will this affect aeroplan mileage credits? Will this be another fiasco again like what happened last June/July 2013????
