That was almost certainly just a CC authorization, not a charge by UA (per a similar post in a different thread recently that referenced the exact same amount appearing then disappearing). Chances are it would have disappeared relatively quickly. I wonder whether OP cancelled his own upgrade here by clicking "cancel" based on an authorization that was never going to turn into a charge.

That's clearly what's going on. Took 1kvoice about four days to respond to my most recent e-mail. Everything else last year they responded within 48 hours or less. I've been impressed to receive well-written, personalized responses every time.
