I bank with TD. No I don't know the rep.. just met her today. I've had a bank account with TD for at least 15 years

I asked the rep if she wanted my wife's 2011 and 2012 NOAs and she said no. So that's proof she's not going after the household income.. at least in my application.

Apparently, my Equifax bureau has been dormant for some years even with its glowing perfect payment histories, but why did my Amex balances show up on Equifax? Seems to me, Amex does some sort of reporting to Equifax.. and if Amex reports to Equifax, what would stop them from reporting credit checks?
