My experience has been much better, but I'm guessing 1Kvoice has been backed up with all the schedule interruptions of the holidays followed by the polar vortex.

I'm not suggesting that he cancel his paid upgrade. This can be resolved post-flight if the 1Kvoice rep who gets his case is thinking clearly upon receipt.
