Welcome to the EK forum!

Those who know more about it than me can correct me, but I don't believe there are any lounges open at DWC thus far. It's because the terminal that QR will be using is designated as a LCC terminal in the future plans of the airport, and therefore there isn't any need for a lounge there. I do know there are lots of duty free stores there if that's of interest.
