Official statement is that you must have a ticket that matches your name in your passport. Which means .. 'officially' you must have such a ticket - which you do not. Which is to say, 'officially' you must reissue your ticket. So if you want a print out of such official document, it means that you basically cannot travel on your existing ticket and must get a new ticket.

Do you want that to happen?

By the way, how can you book SQ with AVIOS? If the error is with AVIOS then they have to reissue a new ticket for you.
