There has been much confusion relative to the "ban" on liquids. You need to look at the official declaration. Use Google to translate.

Basically it sounds like they may use a "sniffer" on all liquids and want to eliminate "unnecessary" liquids onboard. You can still take medicine etc. on the aircraft.
