The menu will most likely be:

appetizer
small salad
choice of 4 main courses (usually beef, chicken, fish, pasta ex-YYZ)
fresh fruit / cheese / dessert

sliced fruit, yoghurt, freshly baked muffins/croissants, coffee/tea
