Stayed at the W last year and the hotel was nice - room was quite stunning - but service was not up to par. Plus they restrict access to the spa to only paying customers (hotel guests need to pay a separate fee per night to access it), a huge turn off for me

The rooms were nicely designed - but they look like any other W hotel - you might as well be in Paris, Taipei, or any other city. I haven't been to the other hotels but I'd suggest picking something that says "I'm I'm Bangkok, .....es!"
