As said before,I am almost 100 pct sure that you need a Turkish adress and tax number,plus probably a residence permit,and if Garanti were to offer this card trough a German subsidiary it would almost certainly be denominated in euro,so the earning would basically probably be, 1 mile=1 euro,not 1 TRY,like most afiliated Cards in the EU. Rather different!! But,then again,in T a judge makes less than 5000 TRY,so the scale is different!!
