Don't waste any more time on it - make sure that the charge in 2002 was billed and paid, and if the ticket number matches. If this is the case, call the local sales office, slowly explain everything, and that you want an answer by, say, Monday afternoon. Really look to make sure they did not simply dig up the ticket from the same month in 2002.
