I got the ticket number from my dad, and have been trying to contact Air Canada.
I tried Aeroplan, Reservations, and Refund services. Aeroplan said they can't pull up that ticket number; reservations said the only thing they could tell was that it was not an e-ticket, and finally Refund services won't pick up the phone. I have also emailed refund services; we'll see if they ever respond.

Does anyone know if the ticket numbers are serialized, or are they just some randomly generated number?
