As a matter of fact, I used it twice last week and landed up on either the 1K or GS desk with little to no wait.

Great benefit - AT&T access numbers for practically every country UA does business in.

You get the list of access numbers, along with the 1K number, in a business-card sized fold-out included in the 1K kit.
