Perhaps your July rate is somehow reverting back to 2014 prices ?

If you are prepared to put up with the cold weather then the best way to book it is select your dates on trivago and then follow through on Agoda.

Its fully refundable so you might be able to use it at leverage to get a reduced rate at another time of year? That strategy worked for a hotel in Shanghai for me recently. But as you know they usually drive a hard bargain on rates in China.

I think if you want any feb dates then you have to use a starting point of 31st Jan at the latest. Not sure how far it goes into feb but a number of days from the beginning of the month seem to be available.

I have followed it through and although I have not booked it is showing the promotion price on the payment page.

I'll keep my eye out for a deal at more warmer times in that part of the world ^
