Website error: "already boarded" when trying to change flight months in the future
Is anyone else having trouble trying to change a flight? I'm trying to change a flight in April 2014 and it says:
"OOPS! We are unable to delete the selected boarding pass because the passenger has already boarded the flight. (SW301017-[omitted])"
This happens right after I hit "change" on the upcoming trips page.
