I have only ever travelled with one lap child, but MMB has prevented me selecting seats that do not have a spare mask for the child. We have been able to have our child in 1A, 2A, 1K, 2K with no problem at all. I can only assume therefore that if you are able to select the seat, then there is a spare mask for that seat.
