Previous rules contained specific details on standing by from different airports, which AA listed.
This had nothing to do with the airports being "co-terminals", rather that they were in the general vicinity of each other (as co-terminal
cities are). For example, they permitted LGA and JFK standby; those are not co-terminals, as they are in the same city.
