2014 Japanese Little League schedule is not out yet, least it is not posted on the website. For a reference, 2013 Tokyo district tournament started on May 4 and ended on May 19. Hope this helps, I do not know when Japanese Little League will publish the schedule. Looks like Japanese Little League is still conducting tryout for 2014 season.
