Seems like a lot of fuss trying to get something for nothing.

I was able to get Lifetime Gold Status with Hyatt for free without a lawyer. I would have to fly 25,000 miles each year on American to get that so I figured I just saved myself $5,000 a year.

It is all about perspective.
