* How dare they have no Avios availability to Tampa on day 1 of the school holidays?
* Wowster! British charges Fuel Surcharges!

I don't think it's much of a problem unless it comes up twice in 2 days. Though I hate any post that has the word Wow in it, Twitter-Nation gone mad in my view. But they are in the stickies to those who look - and for every poster there are many, many lurking out there - and banter for the rest of us when they can't be bothered.

To be fair, some areas are fairly complex and the experience available here fairly takes one's breath away. A bit of conversation is good to keep the wheels churning. I would favour a 20 question FAQ with a very tightly focused 3 line answer to each of the favourites, however.
