I can't find it on line either. Voyager accounts all work on a calendar year basis. So if earned Gold again during 2013 you will be given a new card in due course.

But all cards are valid until the end of Feb - presumably to give them time to issue the new ones. If you have retained Gold you will be mailed a new Gold card with validity to Feb 2015.

If not, you will get a Silver card valid to Feb 2015 - whether or not you've earned it, as there is a soft landing to Silver.

The other date to remember is 31 March. That is the date on which miles expire - the number due to expire in each of the next 4 years are shown if you look at your "Member Account Summary" on line.
