One thing to note, RBC offers a transfer bonus, usually twice a year. 50% to BA and typically 20% to AA. BA just ended 12/31 and AA ended end of November, I believe. Should be another one coming up by summer.

If you can wait to transfer until one of these bonuses, you can save quite a bit
