I have a Fujitsu S series with built in WiFi. It has 802.11b/54g. The neat thing, and I have no idea if this is common or not, is that there is a switch on the back to shut it off when you don't want to have it running. Same effect as not having the card in your system.

I have only used the wireless twice as I have DSL at home and just plug it in so I can't really comment.
