A bit of a hard landing and the Q400 skids ino the snow upon arrival. We've been here for about 20 minutes and emergency crews are milling about. I think there's a snowplow nearby.

Pax are laughing and in good spirits and deaths so far are zero.

Compensation? Full refund plus 25,000 AQM?
