Regarding adding a spot of Krazy Glue to the steel cable ties to seal them permanently, how would you (the legitimate owner) be able to open one that you've glued shut for security?

I guess I don't understand how you would place these on the luggage to deter thieves, yet still be able to open the luggage yourself.
