There is a lot going on in your post.

Few things that jump to mind immediately:
  • You should (probably) be able to get another USAirways card at this point and it's unclear when that card is going away
  • Regardless the annual miles bonus, Barclays often gives out an annual fee waiver anyway, if you want to continue to hold the one you have
  • SPG and CSP cards are great - but are YOU going to get enough value to pay the annual fee? Not theoretically - the actual person roki (and especially the SPG, since you can get it once a year, will you get more than 30k value this year compared to cancel and wait to sign up again?)
  • Are there other hotel cards you should be considering? You can do a lot with a Club Carlson or IHG signup
  • No AA cards? Might want to grab one now to get the clock started for your next one...
  • The MPE Business version also has first bag free and a healthy signup bonus
