i just called about my us airways card. annual fee hasn't posted yet (it will at the end of this month), but i was offered 2500 bonus miles for making 5 purchases over $50 within the next 90 days. they said they couldn't do anything about the fee until it posts. i asked if accepting the 2500 mile offer was in addition to or instead of any annual fee waivers, and i was told it is in addition to...so i took it and was told to call back at the end of the month
