Don't get me wrong, QR is great especially down to Bali

but for this routing CX is a no brainer. Btw predicting the HKG-SIN product is becoming easier and if stuck on an old (now rare) or new regional product, think TK narrow body J. Also CX will shift you around when you arrive in Hk if you ask, usually never a problem as they block the empty seat beside you

QR's 787 is the same layout as CX but an even bigger/better seat. The 777 is 2x2x2 but still a flat bed and plenty of space. I think QR's food is a lot better than CX, and the Premium Terminal marginally better than HKG.
The only leg of the 4 that is likely to be anything other than class leading is the potential dog on the HKG-SIN. You may say its becoming easier to predict, but i still had a nackered, 18 year old A330 swapped in at the last minute earlier this week.
