For me, the Marriott card is by far the best deal.
With 70K points plus two Cat 4 certificates, you're looking at 5-6 stays if you don't mind a mid-low tier hotel. I generally consider luxury hotels to be unimportant, so from my perspective, this gets me the most mileage.
