They are about the same standard. Both are quite old. Mulia has slightly better selection of F&B outlets. You should choose your hotel based on the location and where you plan to go / visit. Traffic jam in Jakarta is a nightmare. If room quality is priority, the best is the new Keraton at the Plaza.
