Dear Mr. cow,
Thank you for taking time to contact us.
All Star Alliance members create their own terms and conditions of transporting their customers. Because of this, issues such as baggage allowance varies from carrier to carrier. Unfortunately this then affects flights taken by each airline, especially when traveling on two or more of our partner airlines.
I have forwarded your comments to United Airlines through Star Alliance, however I would respectfully suggest that you send this same email to United Airlines for their review. It is only through input from our valued customers that changes may be effected.
Mr. cow, on behalf of Air Canada, I wish to thank you for the loyalty which you show to us. We look forward to many opportunities to welcome you on board throughout 2014.
Sincerely,

I like when they actually read my comments
I guess I'll have to contact United next, but I doubt I'll get anywhere with them as a lowly *G
