I just tried to book a reservation for which I do not have enough points online, and it would not let me do so. I am diamond and was under the impression diamonds could do this if logged in? I thought I had done it before. Am I mistaken? I don't mind calling but want to be sure the policy has not changed so i don't embarrass myself.
