I must at times use their hotels and have the AMEX card gathering dust 8-9 months a year. What am I missing? I use Hyatt and SPG any possible time I can, the benefits are for me substantially better. Thanks, I am serious, sorry if my humour offends anyone, but I'd just like to get more out of staying at my non-preferred hotel chains..
