Does anyone know if you can still get through on 0800 408 0009?
I've been trying on and off for a couple of weeks to get through to BA regards to a downgrade refund on my Avios.
I refuse out of principle to pay for the phone call espcially with some of the wait times I've had in the past i've tried calling 0800 408 0009 but it gives the first option (bookings, hotels, car hire) then cuts off.
I'm presuming after 4 weeks I should have had my Avios refunded to my account as part of the downgrade?
