No, I do not expect it but it is nice when it does. I also know I am not top tier in the airline.

I don't see where they complained that the bag did not come out in the first batch.
The OP stated a few times this is a clearly advertised benefit on the website and I was interested to see where exactly this is shown.
Personally I had thought it was a published benefit (even though I do not expect that my bag will always come out first).
Having high expectations often leads to disappointment, especially in air travel.

I am not saying any of the above because I am a BA 'enthusiast' (whatever that is) but because BA does not advertise this as a benefit from what I can see. From a very brief look CX do not advertise priority baggage as a benefit either..
