Yes, a C boarding pass will only get you into the Business lounge. However the differences are rather small, the *A First Class/SEN lounge is only slightly better (more food choices, but the food is quite bad) and just as packed or even more. Bar access is from both side of the lounge (SEN/C) through separate doors.
The only decent lounge in Zurich is the LH Group First Class lounge (Swiss FCL) - it's not as good as first class lounge in, say, Singapore or Frankfurt, but it's ok. Dinner menu is good, but at other times, food choices are rather limited. It's also pretty small, sometimes crowded (SEN/C lounges are ALWAYS crowded during the rush hours (morning/lunch/early evening)
