I know there is an official website for Madrid's taxis, which I have consulted in the past. I'm sure the information can be found there (or on aena.es).

I haven't used a taxi in Madrid recently but seem to recall fares of around 25 euro from T1/2/3 to the Atocha area so don't know if 30 euro represents good value today. The much greater distance from T4 obviously makes 30 euro better value for passengers using that terminal.

I wonder if passengers have the option of sticking to a metered fare.
