Not just EU, Asia cc markets don't offer as lucrative and/or delicious promo on airline-affiliated credit cards in general either. And you don't even have to look far. Our Canadian FTers have been trying to get some U.S. issued credit cards, hoping to harvest those handsome bonuses as well.

If I am correct from years of reading & enjoying FT enrichment, the U.S. market is the only one that frequently offers rich cc promotions. Unless you have a plan to become eligible for U.S.-issued credit cards, the best you can do is to exchange notes with your fellow countrymen and see what's out there. For example, this is how this Canadian milesbuzzing thread got started.

Good luck and welcome to FT!
