You (re)qualify. It can take up to 10 business days afterwards for you to be added to the qualification matrix. Once you are added, an email is sent, provided you are opted in to receive emails from SPG. You register using the link in this email. It can take up to 7 more business days for the award to appear in your Earned Awards. Once it does, you can call to redeem it.

So, yes...you can register up to the last day of this month.
